The world has changed since Covid, and employees are looking for a change, dubbed The Great Resignation, there is a lot of movement in the labour market, with high proportions of particularly younger people looking to move jobs.
So what strategies should organisations put in place to retain their best staff? This article suggests six.
And if cost of putting those strategies in place is a concern - remember retaining your employees, and ensuring they are happy, is often a much cheaper solution than hiring new ones.

Today there is greater awareness of the challenges of diagnosing girls with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD or ADD). Their tendencies to mask their inattentive traits and internalize their feelings make their symptoms harder to recognize. As a result, they are often diagnosed later in life, after comorbidities have begun to interfere with healthy behaviors, when unhealthy coping skills start to undermine their sense of self.

This article provides six strategies for leading with compassion including: taking an emotional step away, asking what is needed, the power of non-action, coach rather than do and practicing self-care
A person's name is such an important part of their identity, including culture, heritage and language. Mispronunciation, or even worse trying to change their name, can have a really negative impact on a person's confidence.
Hopefully this new tool will help everyone feel more confident in getting it right.
