For young adults with learning difficulties, it can also be an opportunity to develop valuable life skills, boost self-confidence and take an important step. DFN Project SEARCH is a transition-to-work programme for students with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions.
The UK has one of the worst levels of maternity pay in the OECD, so this claim from Kemi Badenoch came as a bit of a surprise to a lot of people.
Many companies pay enhanced maternity pay because statutory is so appalling. More recently companies have started to enhance paternity pay to ensure fathers/ partners can spend time with their babies, which is shown to have a positive impact on women's careers.

Under the theme 'Changing the Narrative on Suicide,' we explore the importance of talking about mental health struggles and how this conversation can be life-saving.
