The Business Services Association, Trowers & Hamlin and LGBT+ in FM held a seminar to discuss client expectations of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) policies and practice, with particular reference to the procurement process in facilties management.

So many companies would be open to negotiations around flexible working if they found the right candidate, yet they still don't include flexible working on their job adverts. Which means they end up missing out on talented people.
Discussing one of the most important topics of our generation, and an Israeli minister was excluded because the venue was not accessible. As built environment professionals, we have to stop this happening on a far too regular basis.
