Telstra ditches NDAs related to sexual harassment
The use of NDA's in discrimination cases allows perpetrators to carry on in their career as normal, whereas for many people who have experienced discrimination they are unable to talk about what happened to them.

I would love to see legislation banning NDAs for all discrimination claims unless requested by the victim. I also think companies should be made to report how many NDAs they have signed for discrimination cases.

What really frustrates me is when companies claim they are diverse and inclusive but yet they are covering up these claims.
